* It is a well known fact that the price of an international call can vary widely depending on the country of origination. A call from Country 'A' to a phone in Country 'B' can be many times more expensive that if the same call was originated from the phone in Country 'B' to the same phone in Country 'A'. The WWT system will always select the least cost route for your call.

* The local Phone Company has higher rates during daytime hours vs., night. WWT rates are the same 24 hours a day. You don't have to stay up late in the night to save money, something that is especially impractical with business calls.

* The local Phone Company might charge a higher rate for the first minute. We charge one low rate for all minutes.

Do I need any special equipment to make calls through World Wide Telecom?
No. If you have a tone dial phone, you can use the same telephone and line that you have today.

Can I use my cellular phone?
Yes. Cellular service from the local Phone Company can be even more expensive so your savings can be higher.

How will I pay for my calls?
WWT has created a payment method that is ultimately convenient. Each month you will receive an itemized statement by internet, listing the numbers you called, the date, the time of day, and the duration in minutes, and cost of each call. The total amount will be charged to your credit card. There is no need for you to mail payment. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Visa or MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover.

What about unauthorized calls on my account?
The Call Back and Call Thru services can only be used from your phone. An unauthorized caller not only has to know your personal code by also gain access to your phone. The service is therefore very secure. The Calling Card Service is secured by a 10 digit account code and a 4 digit PIN.

How many calls can I make?
As long as your account balance is positive or your credit is approved, you can make as many calls as you want.
