Payment Methods:
As a direct customer of WWT, you have several payment options available to you.
 
1. Credit Card Account:
You can authorize your monthly bills to be charged to your credit card. You don't have to mail payment each month. You may view and print your detailed bill at your convenience at "View Monthly Statement"
If your is declined by your bank, service will stop automatically and an "insufficient Funds" announcement will be provided the next time you attempt to use the service. It is possible that the card number or expiration date has changed recently or the card does not have sufficient balance on it? Or there may some other problem? Please click on the "Update Credit Card Information" link and submit the form.
 

2. Pre-paid Account:
You can purchase the estimated amount of service with a starting deposit. When you receive your monthly statement each month, you should remit the exact amount on the statement. If you use more than the deposit on hand during any month, the service will stop automatically and an "insufficient Funds" announcement will be provided the next time you attempt to use the service. It is recommended that you start with a deposit that is twice the estimated monthly usage to allow for mail time and to avoid service disruptions. Minimum starting deposit for a new account is $50. Please note that we can only accept payment in US Dollar funds.
